IM BACK FROM THE WORST HOLIDAY EVER!

it wasn't even a holiday.
more like boot camp in a frigggin small car.

the worst thing was that we drove 8 bloody hours to stay in a bloody hotel.
the reason = to experience different onsens.

whaaaaaaaat the hell.

and we spent the whole mornings and afternoons
in an extremely squeezy car with 7 people in it.

plus my dad got very sick.

and they sold whole foxes' fur and beavers and what else in every single souvenir shop.

AND my parent's bloody friends and their's bloody jap friend sucked so bad.
they controlled like, the whole of our holiday.

and we had the same jap food for 8 days.

AAAAARGH,

but we managed to have some good moments though.

like the laughs and stupid face games and stupid ghost stories of the MODODO
my brother made up.

sally, sherlynn, nats, huiwen, zoe and clarissa today.
and it was raining quite heavily.
we were supposed to throw, but haha...

oh. sherlynn's slipper broke.
so nats lent her, her slippers and
zoe and clare had to take turns to piggyback nats.

Then we sat at the rocks in the sea.
and WHOOOOSH.
a tide wet our shorts and undies.
so...

We ended up playing with zoe's ball and swimming in the sea.
hahahahahha. it was fun.
and! we were all wearing white.

AND THEN GUESS WHAT.
we had a hard time looking for a showering toilet thing.
and when we finally found it,

we went into the GUYS toilet by accident.
cause there wasn't any sign outside.
so we showered like, shirtless.
and the showers were OUTSIDE the cubicles.
like, exposed.

and then, this guy came in.

"AAAAAHHHHHH!"

he told us that we were in the wrong toilet.
so we packed up our stuff.

and while packing, this ang moh guy came in.
he, obviously got a shock too.
but he just walked to the urinal thingies.
and just peed.
with all of us there.
huiwen and i were like ........

we're damn stupid.

walked to the other toilet,
and we realised that there were signs!
it was like, OUTSIDE outside.

had lunch at the food court later on.

the purpose of this year's youth camp was to have every youth do a quiet time.
YAY I DID IT YESTERDAY.
i feel so accomplished.
cuz i havent quite done anything for this holiday.
didnt save a man's life or anything.
oh yeah youth camp was held at the GB/BB campsite in sembawang.

anyway day 1 was like wet games.
had a ton of fun.
not to mention M was in 2nd place with 85 points.
co-operation was key for day 1 i guess.
oh okay i shall highlight a game.
we were supposed to make like a tower using biscuits (you know those cheapo kind) and peanut butter (which was okay-tasting).
and then after you make the tower,
you have to eat as many biscuits as you possibly can without dying.
imagine how dry our mouths were.
i know.

yeah and M won like quite a bit of points for that cuz we made the nicest tower. HURHUR.
yeah then we received the names of our mortals. well we like picked them. you know randomly.
i got brandon. yeah the one in my group.
so i had to like,
give him stuff throughout the camp, doyy.

then day 2.
we had a speaker session by benny ho.
haha k private joke.
it wasnt benny ho (much to russell's regret)
it was bernard sth. haha i can never remember his name.
yeah it was just more stuff abt QT(quiet time)
russell and i were quite entertained with the worksheets he gave us. (they werent really worksheets i just cant think of the word for it right now)
we were guessing all the answers for the blanks.
hurhur i won 2-1. (its 2-1 cuz we only got 3 of them correct hur)

then we had ANOTHER speaker session before lunch.
its kind of some character thing. like it tells you what characters you possess.
i am an intellectual, ascetic, and an enthusiast. hahaha.
yeah then it was omega!
haha.
its like game of life.
i was a KTV SINGER.
and i got promoted to BEST KTV SINGER.
then i got promoted to...
SINGAPORE IDOL! -the S.I. theme music plays with the crowd cheering etc.-
yeah it was fun.

now on to day 3 (: heh yes im ending it sooon.
had another speaker session by benny ho HAHA.
then we had another game. obstacle-course-ish.
and then we had to dress up our GL (group leader)
who in my group's case was russell,
with toilet paper and newspaper.
then we would use water bombs that we filled by ourselves
to bomb the other GLs and other people.
SUPER FUN.
plus i put flour all over people.
HEH HEH.

we came in 2nd place for that too.
then it was...
CENTRE STAGE! YAAAAAAAAAY.
haha its the skit performance for every group.
my group did a thriller movie spoof.
but its still related to like christianity and our group and all.
we spoofed james bond, mission impossible, star wars, matrix, and happy tree friends! haha.
yeah and we got FIRRRRSSSTT for that!
sam's group got 2nd!
haha and russell got director-of-the-year.
okay there's no such award for youth camp.
but he wanted it quite badly,
so since we got 1st he kinda got it lah.
he was super happy hahaha.
like everyone in my group was. :D

then we had another speaker session.
this was the most impact-ful on me.

he's super nice,
he lives in mandarin gardens (thats where i live)
plus he's english! hahahaha. complete with the accent.
